Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick up?
No, you do not need to be present when a dumpster is delivered or picked up. When you book online, we ask that you fill out the placement notes thoroughly. On the date your dumpster is set to be picked up, please ensure it is not blocked in. Doing so will result in a dry run fee.
What time is the dumpster dropped off/picked up?
Most drop offs occur between 8am – 11am on your scheduled drop off date.
Most pick ups occur between 11am – 3pm on your schedule pick up date, but if you need it picked up sooner please call, text, or email us!
When/How is Payment Collected?
Payment is processed and collected when you book your dumpster online.
Any additional fees will be automatically charged to your card on file. Check the Additional Fees section below for details on potential extra charges.
Additional Fees
Extra Day – $15/day
Weight Overrage (beyond 500lbs) – $85/ton
Bin Overflow – $100
Relocation Fee – $100
Dry Run Fee – $100
These items are an additional cost and we ask that you notify the driver and place these items on top of the dumpster where they are visible to dispose of properly at the dump. Items buried in the dumpster will incur additional handling fees. These items will be automatically charged to the card on file after disposal.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include yard waste and hazardous materials such as paint, oil, chemicals, fertilizers, cleaning products, sewage, septic waste, anti-freeze, gasoline, batteries, etc.
Please note that additional fees will be charged if any items from the prohibited list are found during disposal. Thank you for your cooperation.
What happens if I need to extend my rental length?
If you need a couple extra days, please email or call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Extra days will incur a $15/day fee.
How high can I fill the dumpster?
Dumpster contents must not exceed the rim of the container. When materials are piled above this level, our drivers cannot properly secure the tarp for transport. If we cannot tarp the dumpster, we will ask that you remove some items.
